*The year is equal to 4 'tox treatments on your schedule. There can be no more than 5 months and no less than 3 months between treatments. The year begins with your next treatment with Ilume Aesthetics. If your treatment lapses during the time, you forfeit your pricing. Must be cleared for treatment. Referrals, including account credits, are posted after the appointment has been completed. Appointments must be completed by September 30th to count towards the contest.
