I’ve never received aesthetic treatment before! Where do I start?
Coming in for a free consultation is a fantastic way to begin your journey! That way you know exactly what treatments and products are right for you, and what your treatment plan may look like.
OK, I've booked my appointment! What should I expect?
Please come as you are! We're here to get things done, and see results! Therefore any freshly washed/styled hair may be forfeited. Don't ever worry about coming in with sweatpants on and your hair thrown up--that's what we prefer!

Once your appointment starts, we may need to complete some housekeeping items before treatment (such as patient progress photos, consent forms, and Annual Clearance Exams).

​During your treatment, whether it's injectables or a facial, our top priority is patient comfort. If you ever need a break, or need to grab an important phone call, you are more than welcome to do so!
Can you perform a consultation and treatment on the same day?
Please plan on scheduling out for your treatment after your consultation! There are certain treatments we can do same-day, but only if time and medical clearance allows.
Do you take walk-ins?
We do not accommodate walk-in appointments at this time due to the nature of our services!

However, walk-ins for retail can definitely be accommodated. Please note that if you are looking for Face Reality-brand products, any active-ingredient products (ex. Acne Med, Mandelic Serum, etc) require a previous appointment prior to purchase.
Where are you located?
We are located on the second floor of the Anderson Plaza, right off of Stoughton’s main street! You can either park right on main street, facing the front of our building, or park in the parking lot in the back!
